Delete the mouse driver in Device Manager and reboot. Windows will use the default one in stead of the one you installed that does this. Might help. If not and you feel you need a non-default mouse driver, just reinstall it.

Hello all, every time that I re boot my pc my mouse settings revert back to default, and I have to go and change them again. I am running windows 7 and am using explorer 10, and everything is all updated. can someone please help?
