My OS is xp. I am using Logitech Optik Mouse. On most of the Icons on my Desktop if I right click a drop window use to open but now with the right click on most icons all my desk top icon go blank & come back after a while. Checked Virus & spyware. No problem.

what antivirus and spyware did you use? I would uninstall the mouse driver and let xp find it again.

That is NO BUG. But a side effect of Windows detecting some date/time/file/other change to the desktop DIRECTORY. As such, a REFRESH occurs just like what happens if you click on the open area of the desktop (not a right click!) and tap the F5 key.
