I was looking into this last week and it appears that we want to use a Gaming Mouse with adjustable DPI.

Your finding that other controllers are better seems to confirm our findings.

I find that games push the limits of mostly the video card. As a test I reduce all complexity but can only share I found this issue and a better mouse did help. Then again the 480 has fallen off the usual lists. Might be time for a new spiffy GPU?

yea my games stay steady 60fps and only drop to around 58 at times im most games i play but perhaps better mouse would fix it but doesnt make sense why a 360 controller works fine and smooth and the 3 mice i 2 usb and 1 ps2 mouse all have issues..

Is there any mouse drivers?

Here I don't use such things but don't have any cures for you. I can share that 2 things stand out. How the mouse helped and the GPU is dated but you can reduce settings and see if that helps.

I would recommend you using the game setting according to system specs and then having a good mouse. I had a gaming PC and i used Logitech Mouse (can't remember the model name but that was the latest one). Logitech Mice are great as far as i have tested.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
