Motorola V600, Motorola V220 or Sony Ericson T637?

I would like to know if the Motorola V600 is worth the $250 (additional) bucks or if either the Sony Ericson T637 or the Motorola V220 offers similar service. I will only be using it within the United States so the fourth band is not an issue (yet). I would like the camera and bluetooth, but I am far more concerned with call reception and talk time. I live out in the boonies and consequently, spend a lot of time on the road. So please help me out with some suggestions.
