motorola v560

i have downloaded motorola phone tools and can transfer file from computer to phone and visa visa but can anyone explain how to transfer java files(games). i have bluetooth dongle installed but cannot transfer jar or jad,is there something i'm missing or am i just thick.i sure could do with some kind sole to help.
