Hello. I just purchased this phone thru Cingular about a week ago and so far, I love it. The only thing bad that I have noticed thus far is the fact that it does not support analog roaming. I live in a rural area and it is difficult to get a signal anywhere around my house! Other than that, it's fine! The camera is a nice little feature and very easy to use. The sound quality is great -- very crisp and clear..but, sometimes not loud enough even on the highest setting. That is something I can live with. It is very easy to use and looks great. It has a very quality feel to it..not flimsy like some of the others. Also, it is a quad band phone which means it can technically be used globally. Overall..a very nice phone.

Hope this helps a littl!

I am having a lot of problems with my phone. Its a v400. My husband is too. When you shut the phone off it still kills the battery. It dials numbers automatically yet your phone rings as if they are calling you, but on your screen it will show you are calling out. More than 96% of the time when I answer or call with my phone you have to have it on speaker because you can't here the person on the other end yet they hear you loud and clear. hopefully this helps.
