Motorola V180

Oct 14, 2004 4:46AM PDT

Is this a tri-band or quad-band phone? On some of websites including Motorola, it is listed as a triband (900/1800/1900), but on eBay and even AT&T site, it is described as quad-band (850/900/1800/1900). Could it be possible there are two types of V180s? Any help to clear this are appreciated.

It's actually "carrier dependant"...On Cingular their version is: 850/1800/1900, on T-Mobile it's: 900/1800/1900 (T-Mobile does not use the U.S. "850-band")...not sure about AT&T. They and other GSM carrier's may use it as a quad-band, but for most of the carrier's I've check out...it's tri-band.
