What determins best?

For some it's the price, others it's the brand name. You didn't reveal what mattered to you.

What determins best? answer

they are all around the same price. Brand doesn't matter. Just for daily use. which is, in general, the best.

So how much the same are they?

For example I will not buy any Android phone with less than the current Android OS or less than 1GB RAM and 8GB storage (Flash memory.)

To pick a winner here, if all these are met, then I look at the cellular radio and see if it gives me the best fit with my carrier.
