Motorola Defy

I want to switch to H20 Wireless. They offer the Motorola Bravo, but I prefer the Motorola Defy plus. If I buy this unlocked phone from amazon ;

will be able to just use it with H20 Wireless?

Also will I be able to reboot it without it running Blur like I heard from work?
