1. Have the ATX 12V connected.
2. Try another board as this looks to be from 2007 and beyond it's service life.

Hello everyone,
I tested a motherboard P5GC-MX/1333 but it couldn't turn on a video. In addition, it kept turning on and off. I tried CPUs Pentium 4 and Celeron D and PC 5300 memory. Can someone tell me what could be the other issues ? How can I solve this problem ?
