My power supply blew and it destroyed the motherboard i have an aspire m3640 does anybody no what other motherboard that i can use For me use same processer and graphics card already changed power supply running windows vista

Since changing the motherboard to another model

Most will replace it with the same board because Windows OEM versions are locked to that system. It's well discussed but you didn't tell if you had another OS to run.
