Motherboard

I am planning to upgrade my Gateway fx6800 (http://www.gateway.com/systems/product/529668210.php) to these specs:

Case: Antec Nine Hundred
CPU: Core i7-920 (I may overclock to ~3.2 GHz, otherwise stock clocks)
PSU: OCZ ModXStream Pro 600 Watt PSU (http://www.amazon.com/OCZ-OCZ600MXSP-ModXStream-Power-Supply/dp/B001EYV690)
HDD: 7,200 rpm hdd that came with my system
RAM: 3 GB
Graphics Card: Probably ATI Radeon HD5850, but I'm waiting to see what nVidia will bring out and what changes in prices there are (if any). I WILL NOT BE USING CROSSFIRE/SLI.

I am considering the EVGA X58 or the ASUS P6T motherboard. Out of these 4, could you tell me which would be best (and why so that I can choose my own in the future)?

EVGA X58- $269.99

EVGA X58- $299.99

ASUS P6T Deluxe V2- MSRP not given, $299.99 on Amazon

ASUS P6TD Deluxe- MSRP not given, $299.99 on Amazon
http://usa.asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=1H6537GW0fPVHNhO&templete=2

BTW, I can't find any differences between the two EVGA motherboards except for price, so if anyone could tell me the difference, I'd appreciate that.

The Samsung RF23M8090SG

One of the best French door fridges we've tested

A good-looking fridge with useful features like an auto-filling water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It was a near-flawless performer in our cooling tests.
