Most trusted/best rated web hosting service

I am looking to start a small business and need to find out about web hosting. I am not very knowledgeable about web hosting, but have done some research to understand the most important features. I don't want any pop-ups or links that re-direct customers. I would rather pay a little more to not have those. Could someone please send me a couple of suggestions? Thanks a lot
