Question

More trouble surfing net, downloading pages

Nov 21, 2011 11:23PM PST

Good morning,

Something is wrong with my puter. I have a macbook os x 10.5.8.

You helped me fix a problem downloading programs (removed speed download) from the net and that did work for me immediately and I thought that fixed it. However, I am still having trouble downloading.

I can't surf the net easily. When I link or go to a new page I sometimes have these problems: page doesn't load completely, page doesn't load at all, or page loads but 'stutters' in that it will start to load, pause a good while then continue loading if I am lucky. For example, I went to ebay and wanted to sign in. I got to the sign in page but then it wouldn't take me to my summary. The dial just keeps going around but nothing happens. I will stop it, then refresh but this doesn't always work. On facebook, similar problems. Or, if I want to view a video, sometimes it won't load, sometimes it will. I can't find a pattern to when this occurs.
I will have problems within a window on different tabs but then other tabs in same window work correctly.
