More Outlook problems

Feb 22, 2008 8:44AM PST

When I try to send/receive my Outlook mail, a window comes up that says "enter network password". It won't take my email password. So, it wont' download my mail. I don't have a network. I've checked my settings and I have something in the networking page of the control panel called Nvidia Nforce with an install/update date of today. If I disable it, I can't access Outlook. Should I be asking my ISP for help or is this something else?

Details:

I created a nightmare for myself by buying and installing Office 2007. I hated it. I uninstalled 2007 and reinstalled Office XP. BUT, 2007 did not uninstall completely and Outlook wouldn't work. I used webmail for a couple of months.

So, today I uninstalled Office XP, reinstalled Word from Office XP and installed Office 2007. (you guys told me I could do that)I downloaded the updates.

I need help. I would like to use Outlook.

Bkay
