It started by someone who realized there's something fishy going on and knowing Chinese cos. track record of finding the cheapest way of doing things.

Still it has to be within a company's interest to test and check&verify their own products of a company that size. Considering the time period involved here and not merely rely on trust. Stock price dropped 40%, that's good news and better when they go out of business. -----Willy Happy
