so we've had NRTC Dsl for about 2 years now, and for the first year or so it was fine. But then it started disconnecting us for no reason, so NRTC came and looked at it. they replaced the radio connecting to our router and it worked good.... for about 6 months. then it started going down AND giving us like 10 kb/s split between 4 computers. when we called them this time and they tried to tell us it was our problem, so i bought a new router, same problem, another. same problem, and then one last router and nothing changed.. so i decided to try my friends router and it worked fine. I'm guessing it was because it was on a different user name and password. so we told them that and they said oh there was a problem on our end and then fixed it. and it worked. for 2 weeks. and from then till now we've had the same dial-up speed Dsl, that is down more then it's up, is there anyway this could be my fault on my end? is there any way to fix it here?
