What is this PC?

https://www.google.com/search?q=hp+EB1U didn't find it but here's a thing. Most boxed ready to use PCs don't support many graphic cards. Why? The stock PSU isn't up to the task.

New owners might try stress tests and declare it OK but then it fails.

nvidia geforce 8400gs is the graphics card, and the computer is an HP compaqpro6300 small form factor

The HP has a very very small PSU. Also, it doesn't seem NEW.

Something to try

Look in the control panel for power options.
Set your monitors to 'never' power off.

If you have hardware problems that won't help.
