Monitoring Internet Usage

Nov 12, 2010 12:35PM PST

So as IT I am one of those horrible people that has the job of randomly monitoring internet usage like it or not. I have been monitor usage for years and until now most of the sites I see are yahoo games, facebook, news site and other generic site until last night. I actually have someone that is hitting up porn sites, adult friend finder and escort services. Now I am at a loss on how to proceed. Upper management is aware the situation since they asked for the report. So how do you prove the user was the one actually on the sites. I had someone tell me that I should have a camera installed to monitor so that we have proof. Anyone else been in this situation how did you proceed.

Thanks!
