Is to take the system to another system and install it there. If it works w/o hassles, then you have a system problem on the other system. If it fails on test system, then the monitor truly is broke. No s/w is going to repair that but it *may* try to to but the broke part is defeating it. That's why you have to separate the original system and monitor to locate problem source. Fix or replace.
