Is to take the system to another system and install it there. If it works w/o hassles, then you have a system problem on the other system. If it fails on test system, then the monitor truly is broke. No s/w is going to repair that but it *may* try to to but the broke part is defeating it. That's why you have to separate the original system and monitor to locate problem source. Fix or replace.

My monitor is broke, its stretched horizontally on both sides and I cant see the "start" and time.
No matter what I do using the buttons on the monitor, it dosent work
I was going to repair it, but I haven't got time and a replacement monitor, so for a quick fix I was wondering if there was any software to resize it.
I mean using the NVidia control panel u can move the screen in four directions but not resizing. So is there any software?
