This monitor was produced in about the year 2000. The saving of the settings is usually in a small part on the display's control board. No user can replace the failed chip.
You have a choice to make.
I have a flat screen Daewoo 720D monitor which I am very happy with in terms of image quality and size, but it has a very annoying habit of resetting the size and shape of the screen every time I turn it off or turn off my computer. The screen will be slightly too small and curved in on the edges after the monitor has been turned off. I am getting tired of manually messing with the settings for quite a while just to get it back into the correct shape and size (the monitor has no auto fit feature). Can someone please give me some idea of what could be wrong and how I can fix it, thanks alot for your help!
