Do other monitors work on this PC?
by R. Proffitt Forum moderator / November 19, 2014 11:06 PM PST

Does this monitor work on other PCs?

I use this as a test to see if it's a PC or a failed monitor issue. Your post is unclear in what you are trying to do. The forum is Computer Help and not Monitor Repair. If you are attempting to repair a display the ugly truth is that repair costs more than a new display in most cases. And some folk new to repair are found without service manual and the usual gear to test with or spare boards that the repair depot has. Investing more than what another display would cost is up to them.

Sorry about that.

I think the tests show the monitor needs replacement. I didn't find a service manual for this one so ask it's maker for a service manual if you are attempting repairs.

Can't answer. Why? Didn't find a service manual.

Without a service manual and the right gear and replacement boards it looks to be a failed display.
