monitor issues

im havein a difficult time tryin to adjust when my monitors start showing information. i have acronis true image home to back my stuff up. and i have it set so i could press f11 before windows boots up for recovery porposes, but the monitors dont turn on til windows boots up.
i recently installed a radion hd2600xt video card and it came with ati software. i installed the drivers and then reconfigured the comp to accomidate two monitors, when i turn the comp on the moitors dont turn on til windows boots up, now the problem is that i dont know when to press f11 cause i cant see whats on the screen. when i plug the monitor cable back into the motherboards plug, everything works fine, but when its runnin through the video board they dont come on til windows boots up, the standby light is on the entire time though... if anyone has any insite... please clue me in thanx

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
