Monitor help

I'm thinking of buying a Benq E2200HD Full HD 21.5' monitor. I want to connect my computer through it, and also my 360 through it at HD. I also want to run HDTV off of my tv card on my computer. The problem is i don't think i have a DVI input on my computer, is there anyway with this monitor i could connect it at HD. I don't know much about the inputs it's all a bit confusing. What inputs does the monitor have and what do i need? Should i buy a video card that has a dvi connector to connect it through? would a 2400Pro video card work? My 360 also doesn't have hdmi is this a problem? Thanks in advance. sorry if theres not enough info i'll give more if required.
