monitor go into self test mode

Iam running xp home sp2. Just replace video card (radeon x1300 series display adapter)now when monitor is idle it go into self test mode.Everting else is working just fine

1. Install the monitor's MONITOR.INF file so the video driver knows what capabilities your display has.

2. Check your settings. Try 60 Hz refresh and retest.
