Have a question on my little computer when I shut it down now it goes across the screen says check video plug but the plug is no discounted from the computer any help is appreciated. This just started about a week ago

935 MHz
80 GB

Is the cpu a gfx or integrated? if its gfx it might have been burned.

I think it should maybe read disconnected plug.

After my kids finish playing on the computer when they go to shut it down it says logging of windows a little blue box go from corner to corner in side it says (please check video cable connection) but cable is still plug in hope this is a little better info
The monitor I have is hp mx70

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
