Question

Moniter not displaying

Apr 29, 2018 11:40AM PDT

I recently decided to clean my computer from dust on the inside. I stupidly used a handheld vacuum to get some of the dust out. When i turned it back on, my monitor was not showing anything. It recognized that there was a device connected to the hdmi but it didnt display the computer. Any idea on the problem and how to fix it?

And You've Tried Re-seating All Cables Inside the Case?

Specially the graphics card cables.

By the way, here we use compressed air.

Hope this helps.

Try a min-reset. Follow Grif's advice and if working, stop. We don't fix working machines.

My mini-reset is to remove power from the device then press and hold the power button for 60 seconds. Release, apply power and test.
