Question

Modem/phone splitter

Hi, The splitter for my modem/phone that is plugged into the phone jack is broken. I got a new one today, but cannot remove the old one. Any thoughts, please.

Answer
Take a good look at the new one,

now figure a possible way of removing the old one. We can't make any suggestion from here because we don't know how it's jam in there. Good luck. I am thinking of a knife tip or a sawing needle.

Modem/phone splitter

Thank you so much. I was wondering if I could remove the wall plate to get more leverage,. and a better angle. But do not know how or if this will mess up the phone jack.
Appreciate the help.
