100BT Ethernet is 100 megabit so to go higher you need gigabit Ethernet links. Check your router and Modem to see if they have the required ports.
So I have upgraded my Internet connection to 500/200 Mbps. My isp gave me a modem, I could only put it on the attic, cause of some wiring issues, when I directly connect my laptop to the modem, I get 500/200 on speedtest.net, but when I connect my tp-link archer C2 router (500/500 Mbps on 5ghz) I can only get 90/90 no matter what device I use, same goes with powerline adapters. So is this normal, or the modem's fault?
