While watching a streaming movie on Netflix, the counter on the unit frequently locks-up, but the movie continues to play. At the end of the credits, the entire unit locks up including the remote. I have to reboot the player in order to watch another movie.
Also, while using Pandora, I often get " the network is unstable" message. I need to turn the system off and back on again in order to continue to keep listening.
I have checked my DSL line and also had my carrier check as well and everything is working as it should. I'm using a CAT6 cable which is approx 12 ft. long. I have tried to reset the unit and I also confirmed that I have to correct firmware.
Two calls to Samsung were a complete waste of time.
Can anyone offer any suggestions?
