Samsung S8 plus is a all rounder and complete package, but if you want to have a good camera phone only i would say xperia xz premium will win the race.
Samsung has really outdone itself in all these years and it provides features and excellence almost that equal to of an Iphone. Sony is doing fine too but it has no competition with Samsung especially when you're getting the samsung handset in a few more thousand. Also, if you don't mind IOS I would recommend buying an iphone instead. It depends a lot on your personal choice you see. ![]()
i would like to share worst ever experience with Samsung. Since i have purchased my Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 plus i have just seen problems and nothing else. Samsung first sold me 2 phones with promotion of exchange with good credits. i exchanged my s7 and S7 Edge amazing condition with s8 and s8 Plus. now the real problem starts. 1st they charged me for my s8 plus device saying that my s7 edge does not meet requirements with multiple reasons. after talking to samsung.com they are not helping me iwth my issue. from support prospective Samsung is not willing to help my wife's s8 to resolve wifi issues. after talking to them for days they are asking me to ship s8 device to repair center and basically telling us to screw ourselves without the phone. on other hand my s8 plus is having hang issues every day so someone named Ariel from samsung.com with phone no of samsung direct said they can replace the device for me. after arranging backup for my phone i was convinced to ship my device to samsung.com in IN, 5 das later the warehouse sent me the device back saying it did not met the criteria of 30 days returns and send the device back to me. this is such a bad to worst experience i have faced and no one is able to resolve my problem. I'm at this point where they should not only replace my device but should give me credits for the pain a customer is going through. please do not buy Samsung products in U.S.A as there sales or services are not trustworthy.
