Question

Mobile phone is not well functioning in proximity sensor

Dec 20, 2014 1:58PM PST
Good night! I would like to report a problem: I have a Sony Xperia Z2 cell phone. When I finish a call, the screen is still on, even if I press the side button on the phone to delete it. This event culminates in unnecessary expense claims which I placed on the phone. How do I solve this?

I wonder

Did anyone show you how to end the call? I've yet to hear anyone use the words you used (delete?) so I wonder if the expenses are that no one showed you how to hang up?

Not the same thing....

The proximity sensor only turns the screen light off, when near your ear and on when you take it away. It is working perfectly.
The power button also turns the screen off.

Neither of these hang up the call! When the screen lights up, tap the END button on the screen to hang up.
