Mobile on Rnage of 25K

Hi,
I am looking for a mobile on a range of 25K. I have selected two mobiles Moto x and sony xperia T2 Ultra dual . I am confused which one to go for . It will be useful, if u can suggest. If anyother phones are good then also plz recommend.

25K Miles? Kilometers? Dollars?

For me it won't matter which phone I get as I tend to use it as a phone. I see many try to use it as a computer so why not define what this 25K is then why not go with the phone that costs the least over 2 years? It's not as if we will be replacing our PC with it.

Since Kilometers can be the size of a range where they are maybe they wanted to roam the range and get good coverage?

It's a big world so Pesos would get you that gold phone.
