Question

Mobile data not appearing even if I enable it.

Dec 7, 2014 6:51PM PST

I recently had this problem with my S4. I oftentimes turn off the mobile data, especially when not using it, hoping that I could save some battery life. About 80% of my Internet usage was thru wi-fi. How come whenever I enable my mobile data, the mobile data icon doesn't appear. What should I do? TIA!

Well my prior carrier. It would come and go without any schedule, my new carrier is much better. Did you reboot the phone?

I believe you are supposed to restart your phone also who is mobile internet service provider? Ask your friends if they are facing same issue with same provider then its a problem with the provider otherwise it is a problem of your phone.
