All of those shortcuts are located in \Windows\Start Menu\Programs, which you can readily access and modify using file explorer. You can also create folders if you like or organize your shortcuts within the start menu.
One note: Some manufacturers include default shortcuts that will automatically be recreated at some point if you move them to a different folder or delete them. Just a heads-up in case they reappear and you're wondering why.
Hope this helps,
John
Im trying to remove icons that I dont use from several of the menus in Start and Applications in order to remove clutter. When I select them they only give me a "Move to Top" option however. My Mobile 5 Handbook is useless on this topic.
Anyone know where these shortcuts are located via the Explorer? Is there a Registry Entry I could remove? How?
