MMC vs SD

by jimmtgee / April 27, 2006 2:47 AM PDT

I just ordered a Cannon A620 for my wife. I started to purchase a 1 gig SD card to go with it when I realized I can purchase either a MMC or SD card for this camera. Any advice on which to choose? Are there any speed differences? How about the longevity? I have a Nikon digital that uses CF cards. I've had some good and some bad. I am just not familiar with MMC or SD. Thanks for any input.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
