Be aware that a savvy CEO knows when to go and when not to go. I knew a CEO that was great at running their company but did badly at talking to other companies. His wife did that for him and he knew that was best.

I am currently developing a 10 Acre property in upstate New York. We currently secured 6 tenants for retail and office space, but they are all local businesses, which is preferable, but I was hoping someone could give me some advice on the corporate realm. How would I go about getting a company such as Gamestop, or other corporate retail stores that do not occupy that much space? Also ideas for stores would be appreciated too, as my own brainstorming has not come up with that much...
The property is not entirely commercial, as we are building condo-spec apartments throughout. Some of our buildings will be three story with retail on the bottom, office in the middle, and residential on top, and some buildings will be strictly residential.... I hope in this short excerpt you can grasp what we are trying to accomplish...
