Mix USB Headet Audio with HDMI Out

I have a Logitech USB headset with a microphone and I'm trying to redirect the audio input to HDMI (ATI Graphics Card).

I've unmuted the microphone output, but I can only hear with my voice in the USB headset, although other audio (e.g. playing a youtube video) is outputted to the TV via HDMI.

Is there a way to achieve what I'm trying to do ?
