The Chicago TV piece included a public statement from Mitsubishi which was exactly why such Public Relations crap infuriates us. We who read here know Mitsubishi has really crappy customer support & that their public relations is a farce.
That's why there is so much advice here to keep with name brands with a performance track record. I know evdery person has a different amount of money, but wish they have concern for perhaps taking time to save up a bit more to go with demonstrated quality.
