Mit 62327 no 720p

Oct 9, 2005 1:57PM PDT

I am new to all of this and recently purchased a Mit 62327 from Tweeter for $1,799.99 (price matched Fry's). However, first set had dark spots and was replaced. Just purchased and hooked up two Sony 400 disc DVD changers (995). Since the tv has one dvi and component out, had to run one with HDMI to DVI and other Component video. However, also found out this tv does not allow input 720p although it is the native resolution. So, now within the next ten days I have to make a decision. I can switch out to something else or cut my losses for the price. The regular channels do go from pretty good to murky and the hd channels are great. Does this flaw have a great effect? Are any comcast channels in 720p? Please help and I hope I am making sense. Also, if I switch, what 61-61 inch DLP do you recommend?
