Question

Missing Yes/No in all dialog boxes

Jul 16, 2016 9:41AM PDT

Since updating the computer to Windows 10, whenever Windows 10 displays the security dialog box asking permission for some program to modify the PC, the box for Yes/No is missing so it's not possible to run the program. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks!

It was a video driver issue. I can't find any PC details in this thread yet. May want to finish your post with the details.

It's actually my husband's computer and I can't get that information right now. I do know that he's running 'Fences' which I have told him to uninstall but before doing that I thought I would check the forum for other advice. He is also running Display Fusion.

The culprit was a program called WindowBlinds. After disabling it, all is fine.

The symptom is one I've seen but as it was caused by other than Window Blinds I would be buying lotto tickets and winning if I guessed that.
