Dec 25, 2014 7:30PM PST

i have a aspire E-15 laptop. and i have 464gb space and did have 420gb free then i downloaded iobit advanced free and it did not work so i used the iobit uninstaller and then shredded the main file off my dive. then i seen i now have 416gb free. can any one help me as to what happened and how to get my 4gb back? as the program was not that big. i was toldby a teck that the the advanced program is not really that good does anyone know of a program like iobit that is any good? thank you in advanced for your help.

Like your tech, we don't recommend using those kind of programs.

To get your disc space back, I'd use the disc cleanup wizard. But why care about 1% of your free space?
