Missing "network" icon in control panel.

Mar 17, 2004 4:10AM PST

Hi, I don't know why, but I'm missing the "network" icon in the control panel. I haven't tweaked with it so I don't understand why it is gone. Any help will be appreciated. I am running Windows 98.

want to delete 2 weird passwords
Oct 21, 2009 9:44PM PDT

I can login to internet using my username. When password prompt appears, my correct password shows along with 2 weird unacceptable passwords. How do I delete weird passwords. I use EMahcine T2893 Windows XP, Windows office. Everything else is "typical" for a beginner computer user. I've tried getting the answer online, but they outline 1. start 2. select settings 3. select control panel 4. click network icon 4. Find configurations tab 5. go to primary network logon. I can't find Network Icon to start this process. Can you help? Good luck!
