I am using a p30pro and am trying to sync my music files from media player to the phone,it is easy enough to do but no matter what I try the first track on every album comes up without the meta data and so is listed as unknown song and unknown album,I have tried using google music,media monkey and poweramp but the problem persists,anyone have any ideas please

I think you meant sync.

I don't use WMP for that but just have folders of MP3's I copy to some spot on the phone and have no problems. Since the issue shows in every album using three sync apps this tells me the phone is likely buggy.

Talk to the phone support crew now.
