Hi kakaana,

Thanks for your message. But just so you know, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for Singapore. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) So if you want the most accurate information, here's the Samsung Singapore portal for support on that product: http://www.samsung.com/sg/support/model/GT-P3100TSEXSP

Hope this helps you!

Do you really need this spelled out? Sure, I can tell you the usual reason why. Once the revenue stops on the device, there are not funds to continue development. If you've been around long enough HP experimented with a pay as you upgrade system years ago. The result was unsavory to say the least. So here we are today with devices that are sold and no recurring revenue to pay for upgrades.

Can you see why you don't get such things now?
I didn't bother to include device limitations such as such may require more CPU horsepower.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
