ABOVE ALL MISSING FROM MY COMPAQ PRESARIO M2010US. TRIED GETTING THEM BACK BUT NO RESOLUTION. I CAN ONLY GET GOOGLE, CHROME, AND MY EMAIL BYE GOING THROUGH CONTROL ALT DELETE THEN NEW TASK. HOW CAN I RECTIFY?

With the folk you have work on your PC. Not everyone wants to be a Windows user or know the basics. And the basics don't fit in this small text box.
