and as I have never used a HP system, I have no first hand experience with this problem. However, Googling this indicates that many others have had a similar problem.
One possible solution seems to be in using the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility.
As I cannot try it regarding the specific HP program, I cannot guarantee it -- but it might work for you.

If I click on OK and the followong message pop up
The path 'C:\hp\tmp\src\HpSdpAppCoreApp.msi'cannot be found. Verify that you have access to this location and try again, or try find the installation package 'HpSdpAppCoreApp.msi' in a folder from which you can install the product HpSdpAppCoreApp.
Any idea how can I fix this? Thanks!
