Question

Missing files after reverting back to IE9

Mar 17, 2013 3:03AM PDT

I recently installed internet explorer 10 and it was so buggy that I deleted update and reverted back to IE9. Unfortunately, afterwards although everything else seems to be okay, when I opened itunes, I only have my cloud folder music. Podcasts, music, playlists are gone. I sitll have all these items in windows explorer music folder, but I cannot restore them back into itunes. I also have all these items backed up on my ipod. Please help. Apple is useless when it comes to anything windows.

Look up iRip if you get into the position where "it's only on my iPod." Be sure not to sync until you read more about iRip. Sorry, I'm useless too. That is, I don't duplicate the iRip tips and more.

Thanks, I was able to restore most of the files from a youtube video instructions I found by going to itunes>file>add folder to library
Then going to my itunes music folder and add individual files.
