Since you stated, "worm", "dll", and "last year", can you identify this worm for us now, what you did about it and what used, give the exact name and extension of this missing file, and tell us how or if you computer runs fine as it is or if there is any outlandish operation or non-functioning, or any outrageous computer function with either the hardware of software used?
