Missing Excel & Word Programs

I recently tried to access the Word & Excel Programs and could not locate them on my computer not sure when/how they were deleted, but there not there anymore, how can I safety reinstall them.

I'm currently running XP Pro.

I put in the Office CD and install.

Try detect and repair.

You can find it in the help menu of any of the office programs and you need the Office installation CD for this.

Look at The Add/Remove programs list at Control Panel> Add/Remove Programs; or at the Program Files Folder-->Microsoft Office, or just use ''Start-->Search'' to look for files named ''Word'' or ''Excel''.
